Nadith Kawshalya
Nadith is an experienced Business Development Professional and a Management Consultant with more than 15 years at top and middle managerial levels.
He began his career as a Financial Advisor and a Management Consultant and then moved on to Independent Further and Higher Educational sectors in the UK, working with several leading international FE and HE establishments for several years.
Within the educational field, Nadith worked as a lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University and as an approved Dissertation Supervisor and lecturer for University of Sunderland as well as University of Wales.
Currently he is working as a Senior lecturer at London School of Marketing for the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Professional Diploma programmes as well as a lecturer for the MA in Marketing & Innovation pathway leading to Anglia Ruskin University degree awards – of which he is the pathway leader.
He holds an MBA from University of Bradford School of Management, and an MA in Accounting and Finance from Anglia Ruskin University, Essex as well as a BA (Hons) in Business Management. He is also a Member and a Chartered Marketer of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and a Professional Member of the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality (PMCTH).
Nadith is also a PhD candidate at Ashcroft International Business School (Essex) and researching in Quality Improvement within the Independent Educational Institutions in the UK.
Nadith is the Head of LS Business School and involves in the MBA programmes as well as the Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies programmes.
Anton Dominique
Anton Dominique is the Chief Operating Officer for BQu, an innovative company which specialise in offering cost effective bespoke business intelligence.
He is an expert in Marketing and the tools require supporting the Marketing and Business Development functions within companies.
He has extensive experience in the training and development of sales and marketing professionals from junior Market Analyst to Head of Marketing in large multi-nationals. He has been helping over 300 marketing and business professionals and company develop their marketing and market research capabilities for many years.
Anton is a Chartered Marketer and holds a MA in Financial Analysis and BA (first class) in Marketing.He is a regular speaker on business strategy focusing on value innovation and also provide Expert Witness in the filed of Marketing.

Dr. George Panagiotou
Dr. George is a senior lecturer in strategy and is recognised as one of the world's leading CIM Professional Postgraduate Diploma lecturers. Before becoming a lecturer George had over 15 years' experience in senior management positions within the service sector
One of George's most recent and substantial contributions includes the Telescopic Observations Matrix, which has recently been published in London Business School's Strategy Review and was submitted for publication in the Strategic Planning and Intelligence Journal. The TOM Framework is now being used by organisations to shape their strategic thinking and has helped improve the analysis, evaluation and decision making of many postgraduate marketing students.
George has a PhD and has been external examiner to Sussex University for their marketing programmes. He now holds a position as a senior strategy lecturer at London Metroplolitan University and is a research fellow at the University of Nottingham.
Naresh Balachandran
Naresh Balanchandran is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA Member) with over 10 years senior Managerial work experience within FTSE 100 companies in the UK and the Europe.
He is a Qualified CIMA accountant and a full member. Naresh also holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, specialising in Financial Analysis.
Naresh’s recent roles include Senior Management positions at FTSE 100 companies such as Scottish & Newcastle PLC and Heineken PLC.
Academically Naresh has been a dedicated lecturer for the last 10 years in Business & Management Studies, Management Accountancy as well as in Marketing at both undergraduate as well as postgraduate levels.
He is experienced in establishing and implementing strategies for exploiting existing and new markets in addition to substantial restructuring of resources to achieve efficiency, growth and change.
Naresh is a determined senior manager who is commercially aware and a lecturer who can add value to professional development & learning process.
Dr. Sanjay
Sanjay is a Marketing Consultant and Lecturer specialising in the telecoms and media sector. He started his career with KPMG as a Strategic Marketing Consultant focussing on strategy and business planning issues and went on to become Managing Director of Ericsson Business Consulting. He has held Marketing and Sales Directorships with renowned multinationals where he oversaw several global marketing strategies and major product launches. At present, he specialises in implementing business development programmes in the professional services sector.
Sanjay holds an MBA from Cass Business School and currently teaches on Post Graduate and Diploma CIM modules and is a lecturer on MSc Management and Marketing courses.
Dr. David Holliman
David is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Bedforshire and co-ordinates the MSc Suite and is module leader in Direct and Interactive Marketing and lecturer in International Business and Retail Management. He is the business department's regional consultant offering business guidance and operational advice to local companies in association with the chamber of commerce. David has completed a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies and two Master degrees: one in International Business Analysis and another in Management and Business Research Methods. He holds a PhD in Strategic Management and Culture in September 2009.
Apart from the job at the University of Bedfordshire, David has his own company (Holliman Consulting) and offers a range of consultancy services to firms from a cross section of industries in the profit and not-for-profit sectors. He has delivered management consultancy to firms based in the UK, the US, and across Europe.
In 2004, David was an Advisor to the Major's office, City of Louisville, Kentucky. He advised the Governor of the State of Kentucky and the Major of Louiville on international issues, resulting in being given a key to the city and bestowed with the title of Kentucky Colonel (the highest non-military award) by the state governor. Previously, David worked as a marketing and sales manager for Dutch and Italian export companies managing their international operations within the UK market.
Dr. Anthony R Bennett
Dr Bennett is an experienced senior academic manager with 19 years Higher Education leadership development experience. Teaching and business development activities include external funding, academic contract and bid preparation, income generation, curriculum design and delivery and senior management development.
His role as an Education Consultant includes bid and contract writing, consultancy, short course executive programme teaching, organisational development, strategic marketing, leadership development and on-line/blended learning course design and facilitation.
In addition to income generation experience gained as Associate Dean in the Faculty of Education, Anglia Ruskin University, he has set up and managed Higher Education funded projects, change management programmes in the public sector, and has an established academic reputation in external examinership for a number of university business schools.
Dr Bennett works with Government bodies such as the Training and Development Agency for Schools (TDA), National College for Leadership of Schools and Children’s Services (NCSL), Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC), and Higher Education Academy (HEA) in the design and delivery of funded research projects.
Currently he works as a consultant tutor for NCSL with the Diploma of School Business Management (DSBM), and as an External Partnership Consultant for Ashcroft International Business School, Anglia Ruskin University.

Lee Yi
Born in China, Lee has spent most of his childhood in New York, United States. He has completed his undergraduate degree in Hotel Management at Cornell University (USA) and then went on to follow a Master's programme in teaching and Education at London Metropolitan University.
Lee is currently engaged in an extensive research on "The interaction of hotel employees and guests with regard to repeat business and length of stay" as part of his continuous academic development.
Lee poses more than 11 years work experience in top International Hotels and restaurants around the world at both top and middle managerial levels at establishments in New York (USA), Florida (USA), Beijing (China) and London (UK).
He is a 5 star Hospitality trainer with extensive experience in Hospitality Development, Strategic Hospitality Planning, Food & Beverage Management, House Keeping & Accommodation Management and Front Office Operations.
Lee's' focuses on classroom student participation and always conduct very particle and stimulating sessions full with group discussions, business games and case studies.
At present Lee is the course leader for Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management programme, which is validated by the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality.
Joe Dominique
Joe Dominique is the Business Development Manager of the LS Education Group and responsible for the quality of course materials, assessments as well as training of personal tutors.
He holds two Master degrees in Business & Commerce as well as Strategic Marketing Management, both from University of Western Sydney, Australia.
He also holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s (CIM) Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (DipM). He is a qualified Chartered Marketer and an Associate Member of the Australian Marketing Institute, and soon be qualified as a Certified Practising Marketer (CPM).
Joe has over 6 years of Management experience in a variety of fields and roles including Business Development in Retail (in the Middle East), Customer Services in Hospitality (America), and Strategic Marketing in Executive Education (Europe) are few to mention.
In addition to Joe’s role as the Business Development Manager, he also acts as a lecturer at LS for both CIM qualifications as well as the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality’s (CTH) qualifications.
Joe specialises in delivering modules including Marketing Strategy, Business Operations, Marketing Management, Tourism Industry as well as Global Hospitality Management.
Shane De Foneska
Shane has over 14 years of managerial experience with renowned organisations such as the National Apprenticeship Board, Thames Valley University, NatWest, IBM and Aman Resorts. A majority of his managerial experience comes from the Tourism and Hospitality trade.
As a pre/post opening team Manager, Shane spearheaded the formation of the Rooms Division of a Super Luxury hotel for Amanresorts and has been the Manager in-charge of internal health and safety, conducting health and safety compliance tests and audits for luxury hotels for over 6 years. He has been trained as a Certified Micros Fidelio / Opera Administrator and has completed a training course on GDS (Global Distribution Systems) conducted by the internal trainers of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH). He also conducted a one year research project on Front Office Operations and Customer Satisfaction in 2007.
Shane holds a Masters Degree in Hospitality Management with merit and a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality Management (specialising in Accommodation and Capacity Management) with merit from Thames Valley University of London.
He also holds a Master of Business degree (MBA) from the University of Colombo. His other qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Development (1st Class) from the Indian Institute of Management, an intermediate certificate in Practical Data Processing (1st Class) from the City & Guilds of London and an Honours Degree in Management Information Systems.
Shane was a Honorary Member of the National Governing Committee which governs curriculum development and is currently a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has experience in National level curriculum design and has conducted ‘train the trainer’ programmes in several disciplines. Shane is also a Novell Certified Systems Administrator and a Microsoft Office User Specialist.
Shane acted as an approved final assessment marker for the Chartered Institute of Marketing and he is currently an external assessor for a leading Tourism and Hospitality awarding body in the UK.

Tammy Tawadros
Tammy is a versatile management consultant and consultancy skills trainer with over 15 years’ experience. She is an associate of Consultancy Works, with a proven track record of successful consulting in the private and public sector, including in the NHS, local government, the charitable sector and in manufacturing, among others.
Tammy specialises in developing managers and leaders capabilities’ and in transforming ‘turbulent’ teams and harnessing hidden opportunities for learning. She often works with organisations looking to manage challenging group dynamics and change or sustain competitive advantage by improving their approach to service delivery and to managing and leading.
She has been a programme director for a number of management development programmes accredited by the Institute of Management.
Her professional memberships include Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and the British Psychological Society. She has a BSc in Hons in Psychology and an MSc in HR Consultancy.
Kamil Kellner
With a wealth of experience of both working as a consultant and of teaching consultancy skills, Kamil Kellner is an associate of Consultancy Works and Ashridge Consulting. His consulting work has focused over the past 20 years on assisting senior managers, management teams and whole organisations to develop their capability to work in a way which is effective, sustainable and informed by truly human values. In his practice he integrates a systemic approach with a psychodynamic perspective on organisations. His work in organisations often includes developing change management and internal consulting capability.
Kamil has extensive academic experience; currently a member of faculty of the Ashridge Masters in Organization Consulting: he has also taught at South Bank, Durham, and Sheffield Business Schools. He was instrumental in the development of an MSc in Organisation Consulting at Ashridge and MSc in HR Consultancy at South Bank. Kamil has also written extensively on consulting practice and co-edited two books on organisation consulting.
Kamil's academic and professional qualifications include a BSc in Cybernetics, MSc in HR Studies, Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Group work and is an NLP Master Practitioner
Jacques de Cock
Jacques has combined a 15 year consulting career with senior management positions with vendors to the financial services industry. He started his career with McKinsey in The Netherlands where he was responsible for the analysis of the European IT Industry. After completing his MBA, he founded Spicer & Oppenheim Consulting in London, with Booz Allen Hamilton colleagues . This became the first European management consultancy focusing on the financial Industry. He subsequently spent 5 years with Booz Allen Hamilton and finally joined Mercer Management Consulting in London and Paris.
Jacques has a degree in Physics from Oxford University and an MBA from London Business School.
